Funeral services for Rory John Hook will be held Friday, Nov. 30 at 2:30 p.m. at the middle school gym in Manderson. Rory, 21, died Nov. 23 at Trinity Hospital in Minot, N.D., from injuries suffered in a one-vehicle rollover.
He was born Oct. 10, 1991, in Havre, Mont. He attended schools in Farson, Pavillion and Basin and graduated from Riverside High School with the Class of 2010.
Rory was known for being an exceptionally hard worker. At the time of his death Rory was employed by Richens Welding and Roustabout Service in Garrison, N.D., as a welder.
Rory lived life to the fullest giving 100 percent in everything he did. He made friends with everyone he met and touched many lives. He will be missed.
Rory is survived by his mother Jana Hook and brothers Jace Hook and Ira Hook, all of Manderson. He considered Matt, Sherri and Mary Griffin of Thayne as his second family, as well as Tom and Debbie Christiansen and the Norm Heath family.
Burial will be in the Manderson Cemetery.
