Several candidates have already thrown their hats into the ring for the various special district board seats that will appear on the November general election ballot.
As of 10 a.m. Tuesday morning, three people had filed for South Big Horn County Hospital District board: Sue Antley and Jeff Scott, each seeking a four-year term, and Todd Denny, for the two-year term.
Incumbent Jamie Flitner has filed for re-election to the Big Horn County School District No. 3 board of trustees.
For Emblem Cemetery District, George Kelso and Chris Edwards of Emblem and Blake Gernant of Greybull have filed their paperwork.
Tom Goton and Walt Rivers have filed for the South Big Horn Senior Citizens Service District.
For the South Big Horn Rural Health Care District, Laura Huber and Carl Meyer have filed for re-election.
George Kelso of Emblem, Ted Zier of Basin and Howard Wildman of Manderson have filed for South Big Horn County Conservation District.
