A graveside service for Thomas Jay Wamhoff will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 3 at the Emblem Cemetery. Tom passed away Thursday, July 26 at his home in Greybull.
Tom was born March 14, 1945, the son of Ted and Alleen Wamhoff of Emblem. He attended school in Emblem through the eighth grade and then attended Greybull High School, graduating in 1963.
He married Stephanie Corlette Sept. 8, 1984. Tom farmed at Emblem and Greybull and drove truck for MI SWACO until he retired.
Tom had suffered heart problems for 17 years.
His parents, Ted and Alleen Wamhoff, his brother Gary in 1977, his grandparents, and his niece Amy Love preceded Tom in death.
He is survived by his wife, Stephenie; one daughter Joe’l; two sons and a daughter-in-law, John Wamhoff and Steve and Jamie Wamhoff; two sisters, Myrna Good and Sue Coguill; seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund in Tom’s name has been established at Big Horn Federal Savings Bank in Greybull.
