State OK’s Indoor dining variance for BHC

Big Horn County restaurants can now open their doors as a third county variance for indoor dining has been approved by state officials.
The county variance is the third granted to Big Horn County after variances for both outdoor dining and religious services were approved late last week.
According to details within the indoor dining variance, tables are to be limited to groups of six and must be at least six feet apart, although a distance of 10 feet apart is preferred.
Signage must be visible to remind diners to maintain appropriate social distancing and waiting areas must have floor markers to indicate proper spacing.
Self-serve condiments are to be eliminated unless they can be cleaned adequately between each seating.
Staff must wear face coverings at all times and wash their hands between each interaction.
Hand sanitizer must be available at the business entrance and immediately adjacent to the bathroom and businesses may not operate if they do not have access to EPA-approved cleaning supplies.
Several other provisions are mandated within the variance. Please see the link to the variance below.
