Rocio Zubia and Jerrick Crockrell of Burlington are the parents of a 6-pound, 11-ounce baby girl born June 20 at 7:04 p.m. at Powell Valley Hospital. Elena Dulee Zubia-Crockrell is the couple’s first child.
She was welcomed by proud grandparents, Rachel and Jesus Zubia.
