A Funeral Mass for Stephanie Amber Stulc Brayton of Greybull was held Nov. 14 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Greybull. Stephanie, 28, died Nov. 10 at St. Vincent Hospital in Billings, Mont., of complications related to Russell-Silver Syndrome.
She was born Oct. 4, 1981, in Worland, the daughter of Gary and Jackie Roberts Stulc of Greybull. She was raised in Gillette and Greybull and graduated from Greybull High School in 2000. She attended Northwest Community College in Powell.
Stephanie loved music and was selected to participate in the music institute in Powell when she was a junior. She was also an excellent student and enjoyed serving as an altar girl for Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
She married Jay Brayton in Sheridan. The couple lived in Billings, and later divorced. She later moved back to Greybull.
Stephanie enjoyed watching Denver Bronco football games with her family, writing short stories, joking with family and co-workers, traveling, attending demolition derbies and playing pool, darts and poker.
At the time of her death, she was employed at Lisa’s Restaurant.
Stephanie is survived by two daughters, Kylie Jade and Telanna Emerald of Greybull; her father Gary Stulc of Greybull; her mother Jackie Roberts of Springer, N.M.; one sister, Sarah Valdez of Greybull; her paternal grandparents, Frank and Viola Stulc of Basin; her maternal grandparents, Finis and Nadine Roberts of Springer, and her great-grandmother, Lucille Roberts.
Burial was in the Donald J. Ruhl Memorial Cemetery.
