Jay Sump, 53, a 20-year resident of Byron, died on June 22, 2016 in Billings, after a short battle with cancer.[caption id="attachment_11401" align="alignright" width="285"] Jay Sump [/caption]He loved to hunt, camp and fish. He had time to talk to anyone and he had a great sense of humor. He was the Byron garbage man for nearly 20 years. He will be missed by many residents who loved to chat.He is survived by his wife Shanon, his children Brandie Sump, Michael Sump and Amanda Peters and her husband Matt, as well as his sisters, a brother and a large extended family.There will be no services.
