BCAC soup fundraiser Saturday
 Spring forward on the soups aplenty simmering in crock pots at the Basin City Arts Center Ballroom Saturday, March 9 from 5-6:30 p.m. as a fundraiser to support the BCAC mission.
Take your pick from  tortellini with Italian sausage, chicken noodle, cream of potato, chili, gumbo, clam chowder, tomato basil, corn chowder, peas and pasta, Rueben, and white chicken chili, then top it off with some delicious cookies.  
Tickets at the door are $6 per person, $25 for an immediate family.  Children 5 & under eat free. 

Change of dates for food distribution at fairgrounds
The March dates of food distribution for south Big Horn County were updated this week.
The Wyoming Food Bank Mobile Pantry dates are now Saturday, March 9 and Saturday, March 23, 10 a.m.
Another food distribution will be Thursday, March 21, at 10 a.m.
All distributions are at the fairgrounds in Basin.

Spring Home & Gift is Saturday
The Greybull Recreation District will host its annual Spring Home and Gift Show Saturday, March 9 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.  This year’s show features handcrafted and name-brand items from local vendors with household décor, crafts, jewelry, baked goodies, accessories, health and beauty products and more.  
There is no admission fee.

Pop-up card workshop planned
Explore your creative side and learn to craft a unique pop-up card to share with someone special.  Guest instructor Clark Letellier will show you how to turn plain paper into a lasting bouquet with simple craft supplies.  
This two-part workshop will take place at the Herb Asp Community Center on March 12 and 19 from 6-8 p.m.  No experience needed. All supplies provided.  $15 per person.  Pre-register by March 11.
