Patsy Ilene (Mills) Webb

May 10, 1955 – Jan. 24, 2026

Patsy Ilene (Mills) Webb, age 70, of Burlington, Wyo., passed away peacefully at Billings Clinic Jan. 24, 2026, surrounded by loved ones. Cremation has taken place by Billings Cremation. She was born May 10, 1955, to Harris (Alvin) and Irene Mills. Patsy was a beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.

She lived in the Big Horn Basin area her entire life. She married Bill Webb in September 1974 and through this union came four children: Angie, Sarah, Holly and Adam. They later divorced. 

Patsy worked as a cook at various cafes throughout the Big Horn Basin. Then come every October from 1990 – 2024 you would find her at the beet dump ready to operate the scale for sugar beet harvest. She was also very crafty and enjoyed crocheting and other crafts. You would often find her at the Greybull Craft Bazaar selling some of her many talents. She loved spending time with family.

Patsy is survived by her mother Irene Mills, her siblings Jim Mills and Joanne Anderson, her children Angie (Kirby) Leary, Sarah Daniels, Holly (Trent) Turner, Adam (Vanessa) Webb, her grandchildren Gary (Alexis) Hibbert, Quinton (Audrey) Hibbert, Payton Brown, Case Turner, Brookstyn Turner, Jordan and Jerimiah Curtis, her bonus grandchildren Joey, Balee, Alisha, Erica, her great granddaughters Arya, Lyanna and Paisley Hibbert, and numerous other family members. 

She was preceded in death by her father Alvin Mills, her grandparents James (Winnabel) Dooley and Alfred (Sarah Ellen) Mills, her niece Jennifer Anderson, and her half-brother Richard Mills.  

A celebration of life will be held Feb. 7, 2026, at 11 a.m. at Burlington LDS Church with a lunch reception to follow.
