Greybull students found plenty of success at the Northern Wyoming Regional Science Fair on Tuesday, Jan. 23. Greybull had six projects in the fair, with all earning some form of recognition.
The big winner was senior Tyler Searfoss, whose project “A Continuing Analysis of Nematode Viability: Mitigation of Agrochemical Impacts Across Different Soil Profiles Utilizing Organic Carbon and Nitrate Applications through Multiple Water Sources” was named the 2024 grand champion and will now advance to the Regeneron International Science & Engineering Fair in Los Angeles in May. Tyler also took first place in Animal Sciences and earned an award from NASA and recognition from the US Air Force.
