Ray Helmer Godfrey

1939 – Jan. 19, 2021

It is with intense sorrow and pain that I proclaim the passing of my dear husband and cherished friend, Ray Helmer Godfrey, 81, of Marion, Mont., Jan. 19, 2021, after a courageous five-year battle with cancer. He was the love of my life for 31 years, retired veteran and unwavering patriot.

July 13, 1935 – Jan. 30, 2021

Myrna C. Henderson, of Cody, Wyo., died at 10:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 30, 2021, in Cody, Wyo. at age of 85.

Myrna was born in Greybull, Wyo., July 13, 1935, to Byrl I. Perkins and Ella M. Perkins (Ellison).  She grew up on her family's farm in Otto, Wyo.  She graduated from Billings Senior High School, Billings, Mont.; California State College, Long Beach; and attended post-graduate courses at Fontbonne College, St. Louis, Mo.  Myrna held lifetime teaching credentials for Elementary (K-8) and Speech Correction (K-12).  She was an interior designer in association with her husband in the development of many hotels.

Thomas Sanderson

Jan. 8, 1935 – Jan. 22, 2021

Thomas Sanderson, beloved father, brother, uncle and friend, has gone to be with his heavenly Father and love of his life, Enid. Tom passed peaceful in the hospital in Billings on January 22, 2021, with family at his side. He was 86 years old. 

He was born the oldest child of Robert and Hazel Sanderson on January 8, 1935, in Olean, N.Y. 

Marvin Richard Grandalen

Feb. 11, 1936 – Jan. 20, 2021

Marvin Richard Grandalen, loving husband, father, grandfather and best friend, passed away surrounded by his family on January 20, 2021, at his home in Cowley. 

Marvin was born on February 11, 1936, to Bennie Sr. and Bertha (Erickson) Grandalen in Portland, N.D.
