Buff Ranch preps for annual plant sale

Greybull High School students will be opening Buff Ranch to the public next weekend for their annual flower and plant sale starting on Friday, May 10.
The Buff Ranch property has been held by District 3 for many years and used by its student body for agriculture and animal science courses. Jennifer Schultz, who teaches science at Greybull High School, credits Dean Waddell and his Special Education students for its early development.
“He did a phenomenal job implementing the life skills and extended school year program, and also in allowing his students to show the produce they would grow at the Buff Ranch greenhouses,” she explains. “Laura Conner was also a great help to the program and, more recently, James Armel.”
