Corner crossing remains legal across much of the West

The U.S. Supreme Court recently declined to hear Carbon County ranch owner Fred Eshelman’s appeal of a lower-court ruling that corner crossing to reach public land is legal. The decision affects access to 2.44 million acres of public land in Wyoming and more in five other states.
