Ronald Mark (Ron) Miller passed away on April 19, 2024 in Denver, Colo. He was 64 years old. He was building a home and living in Manderson, Wyo. He is survived by his wife Jo Ann Deringer, his sisters Donna Miller and Marcie Miller, his daughter Liberty Winkler and her children Jude and Penelope, and the son of his heart, Benjamine Ward. He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles Samuel Miller and Donna Edmondson Miller.
Born on June 1, 1959, Ron was the only son of Sam and Donna Miller. He grew up in Golden, Colo., attending Fairmount Elementary, Drake Middle School and Golden High School.  Ron attended Montana Tech in Butte and loved Montana so much that he forgot to come back to Colorado for 15 years. Ron still has lifelong friends in Butte.

A graveside service for Linda Pangburn will be held Friday, April 26 at 3:30 p.m. at Crown Hill Cemetery in Powell.  A Powell native and longtime Greybull resident, Linda died May 20, 2023.

Cremation has taken place and no services are to be held — nuff said.

Jeffery L. Probst passed away on April 2, 2024, in Tucson, Ariz., with his wife and son at his side.  
Jeff was born Sept. 30, 1946, in Greybull, Wyo., to Ora D. and A.L. (Larry) Probst. He graduated from Greybull High School in 1964 and continued his education on a football scholarship at Carroll College in Helena, Mont.  Jeff took a break to serve active duty in the Army National Guard.  He returned to Helena where he met and married Nanette Stanger. Jeff and Nan moved to Billings, Mont., where Jeff graduated from Eastern Montana College with a degree in education and business.

Don A. Schlaf, 85 of Cody, Wyo., died in hospice Jan. 19, 2024.  He was born Oct. 13, 1938, in Greybull, Wyo., and lived all but the last 13 years in Burlington, on his family owned and operated farm. He graduated from Burlington High School in 1956 and went to CSU for only a short time, being needed back home helping with the livestock and farming. His true love was always flying.
Don A. was a volunteer EMT and fireman for the Burlington Fire Department.
He is survived by his wife Norma of 63 years, stepdaughter Debbie Nilsen, stepson Brian Ward, five step grandchildren and seven step great-grandchildren and two nieces, Earleene Stanwaity of Billings, Mont., and Marleene Edman of Salt Lake City, Utah.
He is predeceased by his biological brother Harry J Schlaf, father John Don Schlaf, mother Hazel Ethel (Johnson) Schlaf, two half-sisters Jerry Denton and Jo Gordon.
